AT Villa

Area : 3300 Sq. ft.

This 4-bedroom villa is located on a sloping site at Vasco. Taking inspiration from the local housing typology, we have approached the design of this villa in a contemporary style while keeping in mind the context of the site. The slope of the site allowed us to plan the structure at different levels. The living, dining, lounge, and kitchen spaces are free flowing into each to give it a more holistic feel only to be separated by furniture placement. The master bedroom at the ground floor while the three bedrooms are on the first floor interconnected by a bridge. A series of terraces along the slope allows the user to experience various viewpoints that the site has to offer.
