JM Apartment

Area : 375 Sq. ft.

This was an existing apartment where the living and dining area were to be renovated along with the balcony area to be included. The floor was kept a dark pastel green tone while the walls were just simple white color. Floating furniture pieces such as a TV unit and additional storage area for ease of maintenance. During the planning stages of this project, we made it a point to salvage existing materials and pieces like the dated furniture- couch, and coffee table, which was replenished by repainting and reupholstering it.
